    • 9/7/2016    Trellised patio covers.
  • 1255 Calle El Cameron Approved
    • 12/1/2016 Detached covered patio, no walls, a BBQ grill & fireplace.
  • 625 Camino Verde Approved
    • 1/28/2017 Front wall & staircase
    • Retroactive permit.
  • 756 Camino Valles Approved
    • 2/2/2017    Front & rear landscaping plan, driveways, fence, walkways, steps, future barn site, covered patio, pool, firepits, & greenery.
    • Partial approval 6/1/17. Owner to submit details of front gate prior to construction. Resubmit for new permit (no fee required) for barn.
