LRPOA Membership.
To be a member of the Lynn Ranch Property Owners Association one must own property within the boundaries of the unincorporated area of Lynn Ranch and pay membership dues, currently $125.00 per year, if paid before March 1 and $150.00 per year if paid afterwards. Click here for a Welcome Brochure.

Of the 12 different sections of CC&R's here in The Ranch, only "Lynn One" has mandatory dues. All of the other "Lynn's" are optional.
Please note: Although Membership with the LRPOA is optional, the CC&R's are attached to the property, and are thus, mandatory. (For a legal copy of your CC&R's ask your title insurance company, or you can get one from the County of Ventura. The CC&R's located within this website are for information only and not to be a substitute for the legal documents.)

LRPOA Community Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 588 Camino Manzanas, Thousand Oaks, CA.
The general meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
When you support the LRPOA through your membership, you will be helping to maintain our communities property values and add to the quality of life here in The Ranch by:
• Planting, Maintaining & watering each of the entrances to The Ranch.
• Maintaining 6 miles of Bridle trails throughout the Lynn Ranch community.
• Liability insurance for the bridle trails.
• Hosting and updating of our website lrpoa.org.
• Social activities during the year.
• Gate code for Madrona's horse-trail entrance.
• Communication with the City of Thousand Oaks.
• Communication with the County of Ventura.
• Overseeing architectural improvements.
• CC&R enforcement.
• Printing and postage for communications.
• General office supplies.
• Fees for legal advise.
