How to vote
There will be three ways to vote.
Paying Your Dues
Only homeowners who have paid their 2021 LRPOA dues may vote for, or run for, board seats. There are several options to pay your dues. Please click here for details.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the 2021 LRPOA annual elections will be following altered procedures.
How to vote
There will be three ways to vote.
- All paid members of LRPOA as of February 8 will receive a ballot form in the mail approximately February 10. This ballot may be returned by mail using the prepaid, pre-addressed envelope to: LRPOA, P.O. Box 1525, Thousand Oaks, CA 91358. Ballots returned by mail must arrive at the P.O. Box prior to 12:00 PM on February 18. Please note that ballots that are post-marked by 12:00 PM on February 18 but arrive afterwards will not be counted.
- The ballot may alternatively be placed into a locked box, located in the office of the Emmanuel Church at 588 Camino Manzanas. The office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:30am-1:00pm. The ballot may also be placed into their mail slot after hours. Ballots will not be accepted after 12:00 PM on February 18.
- The Zoom meeting described above will be held at 7:00 PM on February 18. Anyone who has paid their membership dues by the start of the meeting may vote at the meeting. Voting at the meeting will consist of sending a direct message via Zoom Chat to the designated Elections Official(s). Detailed instructions will be provided during the Zoom call.
