The Lynn Ranch Property Association.
Our Property Owners' Association, LRPOA, was established in 1963 to preserve the rural and equestrian feel of the neighborhood, and maintain the bridle paths. These 6 miles of bridle paths wander throughout the Ranch but lead to Wildwood Park, and Santa Rosa Canyon which encompasses hundreds of acres of Conejo Open Space. Riders, hikers, and bikers enjoy walls of volcanic rock and a seventy foot waterfall along Moonridge and Indian Creek trails.
Our Mission.
The mission of the Lynn Ranch Property Owner’s Association is to uphold the original intention of the CC&R's of Lynn Ranch, which is to preserve the spacious, rural, country and equestrian atmosphere and quality of life while enhancing property values for all of Lynn Ranch.
Reasonable, fair and equal interpretation and enforcement of the CC&R's and Architectural Guidelines help accomplish this mission. While being aware that some changes are inevitable with the passing of time, the intent of the CC&R's will be upheld. The LRPOA Board of Directors shall also endeavor to provide an interface with the City of Thousand Oaks, County of Ventura, Commercial and/or Homeowner groups on behalf of the residents of Lynn Ranch.
Clear and open communication with residents of Lynn Ranch, and in the Spirit of Community Service, the performance of duties shall be hallmarks of the LRPOA Board in carrying out this mission. Click here for a Welcome Brochure.

Board of Directors & Duties.
Board and committee members are volunteers and receive no pay for their services. They are neighbors just like you. They donate their personal time to answer questions, provide information, organize projects, help keep our neighborhood looking nice and running smoothly; review and approve construction and remodeling plans; run the Neighborhood facebook page; maintain the horse trails and entrances; monitor our legislators for their interest in, and support of, Lynn Ranch; and plan special events throughout the year.
